OhBeastCity — Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We stand behind our product — if something's wrong, we'll make it right. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.

Eligible for exchange:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags still attached
  • Exchanged for a different size or style of equal or greater value

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Requests made after 14 days
  • Items missing tags or original packaging

How to start an exchange: Email shaun.kumar@ohbeastcity.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return shipping address. Return shipping is at your cost — we cover shipping on the exchange back to you.

Wrong or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no charge.
